Ph.D. Antonio Rossi
Born in Verona in March 1962.
At the age of 10, he relocated to California with the Rossi family. Following an exceptional education at a private school, he enrolled in the British American University School of Law in 1980. After successfully defending his thesis, Antonio Rossi secured a position at the university, where he worked until its closure. Throughout his career, he has been involved in managing multiple companies in the United States, England, and Switzerland. From 1990 to 2006, he served as a guest advisor to the Businessmen’s Association. He is also a member of the US Private Entrepreneurs Club as a shareholder. It was through his involvement in this club that Antonio Rossi crossed paths with Bruno Giovarsi and, as a result, accepted the invitation to join Studio di Giovarsi as a junior partner.
Dott. Enrico GRASSO
Born in Messina in June 1965.
From 1981 to 1984 he studied Business Studies at the West London Institute of Higher Education. From 1984 Enrico studied at the first University Law School in London, which trains students and practitioners in international legal and advisory practice. During his studies Enrico practiced as a solicitor in a long-established private family law firm. Enrico has been a member of an exclusive honorary society of the UK bar since 1988. From 1981 to 1984 he carried out research in the field of jurisprudence and law in collaboration with Tony Honoré, a member of the British and Bavarian Law Academies and the International Academy of Comparative Law at the University of Oxford. The research concerned the second edition of the encyclopaedic work Causation in the Law. After successfully defending his doctoral thesis in 1989, Enrico relocated to the United States upon receiving an invitation from a friend. He then embarked on a career in private practice. Since 1990, he has provided advisory services to private businessmen, heads of over 10 international groups, and representatives of governmental administrations in the United States, England, and Italy for a span of more than 15 years.
